Hazrat Khan Jahan Ali (R)'s grave complex is situated on the north side of Thakur Dighi in Bagerhat Sadar Upazila. Inside the complex there is the tomb of Hazrat Khan Jahan and the adjacent mosque of Khan Jahan. Khan Jahan's mosque is also known as Darga Mosque. The tomb of Khan Jahan is decorated with sapling and geometric design. The building of the mazar is built in a square and it has one dome.The length of the arm is about 46 feet in the building. The main masonry is made of basalt stone. There are several scripts in the Arabic and Persian languages on the Shrine Stones. There are 1 entrance to the east, west and south sides of the shrine. Khan Jahan died on 23 October 1459 AD. He was buried here on the day after his death.It is believed that Khan Jahan himself constructed this tomb. There are 4 four rounded towers at 4 corners in the tomb. The mosque, known as the Darga Mosque, built beside the tomb, is a one dome mosque. The dome is about 36 feet high. The west wall has 1 mihrab. There are 3 entrances to the east of the mosque and 1 entrance to the north and south sides.
